The role focuses on billing audits, discrepancy resolution, systems maintenance, reporting, and coordination with finance, operations, and key account teams.

- Manage daily billing activities across the operation
- Verify billing data for completeness and accuracy, including rates, charges, and contract terms
- Analyze billing records and reports to uncover discrepancies and identify process improvements
- Perform routine validations to confirm billing accuracy and adherence to contractual requirements
- Keep billing systems updated and maintain reliable records
- Respond to standard billing questions from internal and external stakeholders, escalating complex issues when appropriate
- Explain billing policies, procedures, and requirements to customers and internal teams
- Investigate and resolve routine billing errors, discrepancies, and disputes
- Work closely with finance, operations, and global key account managers
- Contribute to initiatives that simplify billing workflows and reduce errors
- Follow established billing standards and operational best practices

Reikalavimai
- At least 3–5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
- Working knowledge of billing principles, procedures, and practices
- Proficiency with billing platforms and related software
- Strong analytical ability and practical problem-solving skills
- Consistent attention to detail when entering and reviewing data
- Clear communication and effective interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
