Opis

  • Oversee consulting projects from scoping through delivery, managing budgets, schedules, outcomes, and teams.
  • Work with healthcare clients to analyze data and redesign processes and clinical workflows.
  • Develop systems and strategies to advance nursing excellence, strengthen patient connections, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate interactive clinical training and coaching, sharing patient experience practices.
  • Analyze payer measures, denial rates, and clinical behavior.
  • Translate healthcare analytics into recommendations for executives.
  • Act as the main client contact for assigned workstreams and cultivate trusted partnerships.
  • Organize internal and client contributors with project tools and work plans.
  • Collaborate with senior practice leaders, Associate Principals, Principals, and Partners.
  • Coach nursing teams and put lasting process improvements into practice.

Zahteve

  • Bring at least 10 years of nursing experience.
  • Demonstrate success designing clinical systems, processes, and strategies for patient connection.
  • Have a record of training, coaching, and leading performance improvement in healthcare settings.
  • Bring strong technical analytics skills, including Excel, Access, SQL, or SAS.
  • Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience in a Magnet-designated healthcare organization focused on professional training, education, or leadership development is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare management or strategy consulting experience is preferred.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Be able to travel up to 75%.
