Opis

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and product campaigns.
  • Turn business goals, guest insights, and brand strategy into clear, inspiring briefs.
  • Lead agency and in-house creative teams from concept through production and launch.
  • Keep campaign messaging cohesive across paid media, social, hospitality, merchandising, culinary, and other guest touchpoints.
  • Direct agency partners and internal creative teams through briefs, work sessions, reviews, feedback, and decisions.
  • Align cross-functional teams on campaign strategy and define adaptations for each channel.
  • Manage the full creative workflow, including asset planning, production schedules, approvals, quality checks, trafficking readiness, and final delivery.
  • Uphold Shake Shack’s brand positioning and standards across campaigns, partnerships, and creative work.
  • Work with media, growth, research, and analytics teams to set success measures and apply performance insights.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and vendor setup in Workday.
  • Set campaign roles, decision owners, milestones, dependencies, and approval routes.
  • Create workflows for priorities, schedules, feedback, risks, and next steps.
  • Identify obstacles, resolve gaps, and keep decisions moving.
  • Obtain approvals from legal, operations, regional teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Report to the VP of Brand Marketing.

Zahteve

  • Bring 6–8 years of experience in integrated brand marketing, campaign strategy, account management, or a related field.
  • Ideally combine in-house brand work with agency experience, especially agency account management.
  • Show a record of writing strategically focused, creatively motivating briefs that produce effective integrated campaigns.
  • Have experience leading creative and campaign agencies, including briefing, scope and schedule management, feedback, stakeholder alignment, and final delivery.
  • Understand integrated campaign development and production across paid media, digital, social, experiential or hospitality, merchandising, and partner channels.
  • Demonstrate strong project leadership and operational judgment while managing multiple complex campaigns, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Influence and facilitate across teams, creating clarity, surfacing tradeoffs, and helping groups reach decisions.
  • Bring a proactive, collaborative approach, high standards, reliable follow-through, and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
  • Communicate effectively in writing, conversation, and presentations.
  • Show enthusiasm for culture, food, hospitality, and building brands people want to join.
