Opis

  • Lead technical discovery, assess client environments, define requirements, and shape solution designs.
  • Deliver projects across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, Azure, macOS, Apple device management, identity, collaboration, and endpoint platforms.
  • Coordinate with project managers on estimates, dependencies, resources, progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Identify changes that could affect project scope, budget, or delivery dates.
  • Carry out migrations, deployments, integrations, configuration changes, and modernization work.
  • Follow change-management processes, arrange maintenance windows and approvals, and verify solutions before project closure.
  • Create and deploy production-ready AI-supported workflows and automations.
  • Connect systems and data with scripts, APIs, and workflow tools to automate recurring processes.
  • Resolve complex issues across Microsoft and Mac environments.
  • Work with project managers, service delivery, security and engineering teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical documentation, implementation records, training materials, and handoffs.
  • Keep time entries and project records up to date.
  • Support stabilization after implementation and transition solutions to service delivery.
  • Identify improvements and create reusable designs and automations for client projects.
  • Take part in after-hours implementations, cutovers, and maintenance windows.
  • Travel to client sites when needed.

Zahteve

  • At least three years of experience as a Project Engineer.
  • Experience planning and managing technical project work, including estimating effort, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and communicating dependencies, risks, and blockers.
  • Experience delivering client-facing IT projects in an MSP or other multi-client setting.
  • Strong practical skills across Microsoft and Mac environments, including Windows and macOS administration, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, identity and endpoint management, migrations, security controls, cloud or hybrid environments, and an Apple management platform such as Addigy or Jamf.
  • Experience building production automations and AI workflows with tools such as PowerShell, Python, APIs, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Practical understanding of testing, support, governance, and platform limitations.
  • Ability to turn business needs into technical requirements, assess tradeoffs and implementation risks, and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to coordinate across time zones with project managers, technical and engineering teams, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience with PSA or RMM platforms such as ConnectWise Manage or NinjaOne is helpful.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or similar enterprise AI platforms is helpful.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Apple Business Manager, Autopilot, and cross-platform endpoint deployment is helpful.
  • Experience with security, compliance, or governance requirements in regulated client environments is helpful.
  • Relevant Microsoft or Apple certifications, or a portfolio of completed engineering and automation work.
