Opis

  • Plan demand and inventory across sales channels to improve forecast accuracy, stock allocation, and turnover while limiting shortages and slow-moving stock.
  • Coordinate international purchasing, imports, customs clearance, product inspections, and certification applications such as BSMI and NCC.
  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receipt checks, stock transfers, and work with third-party logistics and freight partners.
  • Evaluate warehouse relocation or expansion as inventory grows.
  • Identify and lead cost improvements in inventory and logistics.
  • Maintain orders, product information, and inventory records in Shopify’s back office.
  • Handle customer questions and oversee after-sales support, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
  • Develop procedures, performance measures, and automation to make operations more efficient.

Zahteve

  • Bring 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
  • Have independently managed the full operations cycle, including imports, inbound and outbound processes, and inventory.
  • Demonstrate experience with demand forecasting and inventory control.
  • Have managed third-party logistics providers or other external logistics vendors.
  • Use Excel and data analysis to turn operational findings into practical improvement proposals.
  • Be comfortable handling daily operational work and taking initiative independently within a small team.
  • Read and write English to collaborate with an overseas headquarters.
  • Have practical experience using Shopify’s back office.
  • Have applied for product inspections and certifications such as BSMI or NCC.
  • Have managed inventory across multiple channels, including marketplaces such as Shopee or momo.
  • Bring experience with a direct-to-consumer online store, or with process design, automation projects, or SOP development at a startup or small team.
