Descriere

  • Guide a developer workflow, tool, or user problem from initial discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Research needs through conversations with engineers, product managers, and designers, and by examining support tickets, usage data, and CI logs.
  • Set the problem, users, and desired outcomes; choose what to leave out and plan useful releases.
  • Design end-to-end experiences, including interaction flows, states, empty screens, and error handling.
  • Create prototypes in Figma or directly in code.
  • Develop TypeScript and React interfaces, backend services and APIs, command-line tools and terminal interfaces, GitHub Apps and Actions, Harness pipeline templates, and Atlassian and Figma integrations.
  • Build AI capabilities using agent workflows, context and tool design, and MCP servers, with evaluations, human review, cost and latency limits, and safeguards.
  • Deliver polished internal software with responsive behavior, accessibility, clear error messages, and reliable documentation.
  • Set measurable outcomes, track adoption, and share findings.
  • Drive uptake through design partners, pilots, launch announcements, office hours, and straightforward migration paths.
  • Turn successful one-off solutions into reusable components and make technical decisions for the work you own.
  • Work closely with teammates and bring the wider team into decisions that affect workflows beyond your area.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of professional software engineering experience, not counting internships.
  • A history of shipping software that users chose to adopt.
  • Experience leading a complex project from uncertain requirements through launch.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and make sound decisions about scope and implementation tradeoffs.
  • Expertise in at least one relevant area, such as TypeScript and React, Go, Python, Java, or Rust.
  • Ability to work effectively across neighboring layers of an engineering stack.
  • Experience creating developer tools such as CLIs, internal platforms, SDKs, CI/CD tooling, or IDE integrations.
  • Ability to explain what made developer-facing software valuable to its users.
  • Ability to assess LLM-based features, their failure modes, and where human review is needed.
  • Ability to gather user input and reason through interaction and failure scenarios.
  • Clear written communication in specifications, documentation, changelogs, and release notes.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Must pass a background check.
