Descriere

  • Own end-to-end technical responsibilities across the pre-sales process
  • Build engagement with prospective and current customers through clear technical narratives and product demonstrations
  • Design and deliver tailored proof-of-concepts that showcase Harmonic’s data protection for generative AI
  • Partner with the EMEA and DACH sales teams to convert new business opportunities
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout their contract lifecycle
  • Translate customer needs for product and engineering stakeholders
  • Work with product and marketing teams to develop content and messaging from technical insights
  • Track competing solutions and contribute to Harmonic’s market positioning
  • Help customers progress through AI adoption and get practical value from Harmonic’s solution

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or pre-sales engineering within enterprise security
  • Daily hands-on use of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Claude Cowork, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor
  • Working knowledge of how enterprise AI productivity tools process sensitive data
  • Ability to balance competing priorities across a large number of simultaneous engagements
  • Practical experience deploying and administering software in enterprise environments
  • Experience with mobile device management platforms including Intune, JAMF, and Kandji
  • Scripting ability in Python, shell, PowerShell, or a comparable language
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and resolve live issues under pressure
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems
  • Post-sales customer-facing experience, such as technical customer engineering or technical account management, is a bonus
  • Familiarity with value-based solution selling and communicating return on investment is a bonus
  • Already authorized to work in the United Kingdom without employer-sponsored visa support
  • Currently based in the United Kingdom
