- Optimize MLOps operations across Autodesk’s AI/ML platform.
- Build automated deployment pipelines for machine learning models.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain scalable infrastructure for training, inference, and data processing.
- Create and support monitoring and logging for model performance, system health, and platform efficiency.
- Coordinate with data developers on training and validation pipelines.
- Manage model versioning and help advance governance practices.
- Apply data privacy, ethical, security, and compliance standards throughout the platform.
- Find opportunities to automate and improve the MLOps lifecycle.
- Investigate operational problems and support incident response and system recovery.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- At least five years of practical DevOps and MLOps experience, including production machine learning deployment and operations.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Advanced Docker and Kubernetes skills.
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
- Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or comparable languages.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of MLOps security practices, including encryption, access controls, and compliance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational problems.
- AWS or Azure experience is preferred.
- SQL, NoSQL, or data lake experience is preferred.
- Exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
- Git and Jira experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methods is preferred.
