Descriere

  • Lead hands-on mobile solution development and technical delivery.
  • Help build and launch an innovative mobile banking solution across Asia.
  • Create domestic and cross-border solutions spanning customer experience, design, products, services, process engineering, and related deliverables.
  • Shape the mobile architecture framework and roadmap, including languages, tools, patterns, and delivery practices.
  • Raise team capability and engineering standards in line with the technology strategy.
  • Provide technical direction throughout the full Solution Development Life Cycle.
  • Design solution architectures that meet enterprise standards.
  • Direct technical design activities and align stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain solution architecture documentation that complies with banking standards and policies.
  • Sustain design and engineering best practices and technical application roadmaps.
  • Lead and mentor engineers within cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Help support existing products.

Cerințe

  • At least three years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
  • Experience building both Android and iOS applications is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn Android and use it in feature development.
  • Experience with SwiftUI and Swift Package Manager, along with staying current on WWDC updates.
  • An app published on Google Play or the Apple App Store is advantageous.
  • KMM development experience is advantageous.
  • Experience connecting mobile applications to web services such as Firebase.
  • Experience writing automation and unit tests.
  • Experience diagnosing memory and performance issues.
  • Experience with DexGuard, ProGuard, or DexProtector is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Design Systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with feature-flagging platforms such as Firebase or LaunchDarkly is advantageous.
  • Experience developing for varied screen sizes and pixel densities.
  • Experience creating custom interfaces for native components.
  • Familiarity with current frameworks and libraries.
  • Ability to identify and use third-party open-source libraries effectively.
  • Strong motivation to learn new technologies and development practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and mentor or coach colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including facilitation and negotiation.
  • Practical understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Experience across multiple technical domains, with the ability to investigate deeply and ensure sound solutions are delivered.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations that offer meaningful insight and build consensus and support.
