Descriere

  • Work with User Acquisition and Growth partners to assess performance, answer business questions, and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Lead analytical projects from problem definition and data exploration through insight development and stakeholder communication
  • Own and refine business logic and analytical requirements for Growth data models
  • Translate business and analytical needs into clear data requirements for Data Engineering, then validate the resulting solutions
  • Detect and investigate data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps in Growth reporting and its underlying models
  • Develop and maintain scalable reporting and analytical solutions that reduce repetitive manual work
  • Define and maintain Growth metrics and measurement logic for spend, acquisition, revenue, attribution, and marketing performance
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers, opportunities, and implications for investment decisions
  • Present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Mentor analysts technically and promote consistent analytical methodologies
  • Partner with Data Scientists on measurement, experimentation, and modeling initiatives

Cerințe

  • At least four years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver analytical projects independently while working directly with business stakeholders
  • Experience owning or materially contributing to analytical data models, metric definitions, or reporting foundations
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience analyzing large, complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and analytical workflows
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and analytical data structures
  • Experience translating business needs into data requirements and partnering with Data Engineering teams
  • Proficiency with a data visualization or BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, or an equivalent tool
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation
  • Familiarity with digital marketing data, attribution, and acquisition metrics is advantageous
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to take work through completion independently
  • Careful attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy and reliability
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced business setting
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to support the technical development of other analysts and uphold strong analytical standards
