Descriere

  • Investigate and oversee complex commercial trucking and transportation claims from first notice of loss through closure.
  • Assess liability, damages, coverage, and regulatory compliance issues involving commercial motor vehicles.
  • Work with insureds, drivers, attorneys, law enforcement, expert vendors, and repair facilities to evaluate exposure and negotiate settlements.
  • Review accident reports, electronic logging data, driver histories, and other evidence to inform claim decisions.
  • Manage high-severity and litigated trucking claims.
  • Deliver responsive customer service while supporting effective cost control.

Cerințe

  • Experience managing commercial trucking claims.
  • Background handling complex bodily injury claims.
  • Strong capabilities in investigation, coverage analysis, and liability evaluation.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with attorneys and managing litigated claims.
  • MCIEF, AIC, AINS, CPCU coursework, or other insurance education is preferred but not required.
