Descriere
- Build new relationships with business prospects
- Serve an existing business banking client portfolio
- Meet performance objectives established by management
- Partner with branch teams to expand sales and cross-sell banking products and services
- Develop referral networks with accountants, attorneys, and other influential contacts
- Manage complex and significant lending relationships
- Analyze credit information and recommend loan structures that appropriately manage risk
- Negotiate with underwriters and clients to increase revenue while controlling risk
- Meet targets for revenue, loan production, deposit balances, portfolio management, and client relationships
- Take part in business banking and retail sales initiatives
- Meet calling objectives and product sales goals, including cash management and merchant services
