Descriere

  • Build and grow a profitable customer base for Graco products
  • Expand strategic sales within the assigned market
  • Find and convert high-value revenue opportunities
  • Strengthen customer relationships and deliver a strong customer experience
  • Assess market conditions and customer needs to shape tailored solutions
  • Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain effective sales channels
  • Plan targeted marketing initiatives for Graco products
  • Create and execute territory-specific sales plans
  • Review territory metrics and refine sales approaches
  • Produce promotional materials and campaigns with marketing
  • Address customer questions and requests promptly
  • Record customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Visit sites and engage industrial contractors and facility managers
  • Create distribution programs and recommend improvements
  • Track industry developments and competitor activity
  • Report territory updates and results to sales and marketing leadership
  • Coordinate product launches between Graco and its customers
  • Train sales teams and channel partners on new products
  • Build partnerships and agreements with material suppliers
  • Oversee training and demonstration equipment accounts

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of sales experience, preferably selling mechanical products through distribution networks
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Capacity to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Self-directed approach and flexibility in responding to end-user needs and changing market conditions
  • Proven ability to manage and improve distribution channels
  • Skill in developing productive partnerships and enabling channel partners
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to remain insurable under Graco’s selected fleet insurance provider
  • Permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
