Order Processing Administrator (Remote, South Africa)

Process UK customer orders from receipt through dispatch for a UK employer while working remotely from South Africa. Coordinate order systems, stock checks, warehouse communication and customer updates.

Descriere

  • Record and verify customer orders in the designated order management system
  • Review stock levels and confirm expected delivery dates
  • Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams to support fulfilment
  • Investigate order discrepancies and update orders as required
  • Provide customers with accurate, easy-to-follow order status information
  • Process UK orders accurately and promptly from receipt through dispatch
  • Keep customers and warehouse colleagues updated throughout each order
  • Manage tasks independently while contributing to a collaborative remote team

Cerințe

  • Experience using order management or ERP platforms, including Shopify, Brightpearl or Sage
  • High level of accuracy when entering and maintaining data
  • Clear and approachable written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage daily deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Availability to work from home during UK business hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time or 11:00–19:00 SAST
  • Experience using courier portals is desirable
  • Previous exposure to returns processing is desirable
  • Customer service experience is desirable
