Process UK customer orders from receipt through dispatch for a UK employer while working remotely from South Africa. Coordinate order systems, stock checks, warehouse communication and customer updates.

- Record and verify customer orders in the designated order management system
- Review stock levels and confirm expected delivery dates
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams to support fulfilment
- Investigate order discrepancies and update orders as required
- Provide customers with accurate, easy-to-follow order status information
- Process UK orders accurately and promptly from receipt through dispatch
- Keep customers and warehouse colleagues updated throughout each order
- Manage tasks independently while contributing to a collaborative remote team

- Experience using order management or ERP platforms, including Shopify, Brightpearl or Sage
- High level of accuracy when entering and maintaining data
- Clear and approachable written communication skills
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage daily deadlines
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Availability to work from home during UK business hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time or 11:00–19:00 SAST
- Experience using courier portals is desirable
- Previous exposure to returns processing is desirable
- Customer service experience is desirable
