Descriere

  • Shape and deliver marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Turn company objectives into practical marketing plans and channel priorities
  • Create campaigns spanning brand awareness, conversion, and customer retention
  • Set campaign priorities, calendars, budgets, and expected performance outcomes
  • Launch, manage, and improve paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, bidding, and optimization
  • Build strategies for acquisition, retargeting, and conversion
  • Evaluate advertising results and shift budgets according to performance
  • Partner with creative teams to develop advertising concepts
  • Create and run email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns
  • Oversee email segmentation, messaging, scheduling, automation, and optimization
  • Track email deliverability, engagement, conversions, and revenue
  • Design tests for subject lines, messaging, offers, creative assets, and calls to action
  • Direct content and creative production through briefs, positioning, formats, and deliverables
  • Assess creative results and deliver practical performance feedback
  • Develop and maintain a coordinated A/B testing roadmap across marketing channels
  • Interpret experiment results and record key learnings
  • Monitor consumer behavior, competitors, advertising developments, and market opportunities
  • Assess competitor positioning, promotions, messaging, and activity
  • Define and monitor marketing key performance indicators
  • Measure revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, email revenue and engagement, retention, and campaign results
  • Prepare marketing performance reports and share insights, recommendations, and next steps with leadership
  • Apply analytics to inform budgets, campaign priorities, and overall marketing direction

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with DTC, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands is strongly preferred
  • Track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies
  • Practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Practical experience managing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience partnering with or leading creative and content teams
  • Ability to link marketing activity to measurable business results
  • Strong knowledge of paid media strategy, campaign management, and optimization
  • Experience overseeing advertising budgets and performance goals
  • Strong grasp of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
  • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign experimentation
  • Ability to assess paid media through revenue and profitability
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation, campaign management, automation, and testing
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing
  • Ability to interpret email performance and find improvement opportunities
  • Analytical, data-led approach to marketing decisions
  • Experience producing marketing reports and analyzing performance
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing principles
  • Ability to spot trends and convert insights into actionable strategies
  • Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on delivery
  • Strong commercial awareness of marketing’s contribution to revenue and growth
  • Sound creative judgment and ability to give clear direction to content teams
  • Strong organizational ability across multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • English resume required; English proficiency will be assessed
