HRIS Systems Analyst

Descriere

  • Maintain HR systems with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate issue resolution, system updates, and enhancement requests with internal teams and ADP Managed Services
  • Oversee system integrations and cross-platform data flows with owners of systems such as ATS, LMS, and EDW
  • Investigate system problems and identify ways to strengthen support processes and operational efficiency
  • Support restructures and acquisitions through system configuration, data alignment, and employee data integration
  • Maintain complex data structures and templates, including EDA
  • Record system processes, configurations, and changes in clear documentation
  • Verify that system data and processes comply with regulatory obligations and company policies
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports to support business decisions and operational needs
  • Contribute to HRIS initiatives involving enhancements, implementations, and process improvements

Cerințe

  • Bring 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or another systems-focused discipline
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with HR systems; ADP platform experience is preferred
  • Use Microsoft Excel confidently for data manipulation and analysis, including lookups and pivot tables
  • Have experience supporting system integrations, data imports, or data management workflows
  • Apply strong attention to detail when finding patterns, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues
  • Manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing needs in a fast-paced setting
  • Use sound problem-solving skills to diagnose system and data issues
  • Communicate clearly across teams and translate business needs into practical system actions
  • Experience documenting processes and maintaining system documentation is preferred
  • HR experience or familiarity with employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits processes is a plus
  • Project management experience is a plus
