Descriere

  • Implement and scale AI search, RAG, and insights solutions with enterprise customers across Singapore and APAC
  • Lead customer discovery, implementation, deployment, and ongoing technical support
  • Assess business needs, data environments, and technical requirements
  • Turn business and data needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Configure and improve AI search and RAG platforms
  • Build ingestion and integration pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise data
  • Create custom components, integrations, and extensions with Python and JavaScript
  • Develop tailored LLM applications and conversational experiences
  • Configure enterprise search with platforms such as Elasticsearch and OpenSearch
  • Use Knowledge Graphs, LLMs, NLP, and machine learning to strengthen retrieval, automation, search, and insight generation
  • Support deployments across Linux, cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
  • Diagnose customer environments and assist with production deployments
  • Deliver technical guidance and customer training
  • Work with Product and Engineering on customer feedback, product enhancements, reusable solution patterns, and best practices

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Consultant
  • Hands-on Python and/or JavaScript development experience, including sound software engineering practices
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including ingestion, transformation, and integration
  • Experience with enterprise search systems such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or comparable platforms
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI integration patterns
  • Experience designing, developing, or deploying LLM-based chat or search applications
  • Experience with REST APIs, backend integrations, and third-party systems
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and production issue resolution
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and with hybrid or on-premise environments
  • Strong communication and consulting capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage several customer engagements and technical workstreams independently
  • Knowledge Graph experience, especially with RDF or SKOS, is desirable
  • Experience with NLP, text analytics, semantic search, embeddings, or machine learning is desirable
  • Familiarity with vector search, hybrid search, reranking, or modern retrieval architectures is desirable
  • Experience in regulated enterprise settings such as banking, financial services, insurance, or government is desirable
  • Experience supporting customers in Singapore and APAC is desirable
  • Experience with Squirro or other cognitive search and enterprise AI platforms is desirable
