Finance Administrator
Handle payment calls, invoice enquiries and overdue account tracking as part of Corserv Care’s finance team. The role supports care services across Cornwall.
Descriere
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls during core hours
- Respond to invoice enquiries from customers and their families
- Escalate issues and record relevant notes in the system
- Complete the monthly invoice follow-up cycle
- Contact customers about unpaid invoices
- Maintain an accurate list of outstanding and overdue invoices
- Keep clear records for colleagues carrying out daily accounts receivable work
- Assist the debt collection team when needed
- Raise and resolve queries with Council colleagues
- Check that purchase orders are received and used correctly
- Provide finance administration for Corserv Care’s care services

- Use IT tools, including Excel spreadsheets and databases
