Descriere

  • Act as the primary client contact and advisor across software implementation and enhancement projects lasting from two weeks to ongoing engagements.
  • Control project scope, budgets, and go-live activities while anticipating issues and resolving them collaboratively to protect schedules and financial targets.
  • Document delivery, client, and resource risks proactively, then establish and oversee mitigation and avoidance plans.
  • Drive project issues, conflicts, and decisions through resolution while maximizing positive outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain regular client communication, manage expectations, and report progress.
  • Manage project finances, including planning, budgeting, reporting, resource-cost forecasting, and accurate revenue-recognition performance reporting.
  • Work with delivery leaders to balance team workloads, align capabilities with client requirements, and ensure teams can operate independently.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Sales to support account growth and retention while controlling the scope of active implementations.
  • Support Sales and Client Success with Requests for Proposal responses and estimates for new professional services engagements.
  • Coordinate with Product Engineering on the integrations and enhancements required to complete contracted work.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least four years of technology project management experience required.
  • At least three years of client-facing project management experience required.
  • Active Public Trust Security Clearance or higher, or the ability to pass a PTSC background check.
  • Client project experience in one or more of these industries: emergency management, federal, state, or local government, healthcare, education, defense, aviation, or transportation.
  • PMP or comparable project management certification is preferred; employees hired into the role must obtain PMP certification within 12 months.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of project financial management and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong ability to clarify, document, and facilitate the resolution of issues and conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage project risks, including mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Situational Leadership skills preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to manage stress and prioritize competing demands and changing deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time to client or internal company sites.
  • Strong preference for experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” or otherwise be eligible to access EAR-covered materials through an EAR exception or license.
  • May need to complete an SF-85 background check for certain government-related projects.
