Descriere

  • Welcome prospective students exploring enrollment.
  • Connect with prospective students by phone and email to support their enrollment.
  • Discuss student needs and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Help students enroll in American Public University programs when appropriate.
  • Meet and surpass departmental goals and performance metrics.
  • Direct students to teams supporting documents, registration, funding, transfer credits, and degree planning.
  • Follow up with prospective students by phone and electronic communication.
  • Safeguard student account privacy in accordance with FERPA.
  • Review academic records and admissions documents.
  • Maintain prospective student records in the CRM and other software.
  • Work with Financial Aid, Academic Advising, the Registrar, and other departments.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of online admissions experience supporting adult students in a sales-oriented or consultative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable making multiple high-volume outbound calls each day.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Enthusiasm for helping and empowering others to succeed.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High-speed home internet connection.
  • Dedicated workspace.
  • Availability for assigned shifts Monday through Saturday, Eastern Time.
