Data Analyst – Power BI & Business Intelligence (Hybrid, Magog)

Develop Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions for Michelin’s Design to Manufacturing processes. Support data governance, reporting, and process performance through analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Descriere

  • Enable better business decisions and performance improvements through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Partner with Beyond Road stakeholders to clarify business needs and deliver relevant analyses.
  • Manage reporting tools and uphold data governance practices.
  • Support users while maintaining current documentation and training materials.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Design to Manufacturing processes.
  • Interpret requirements, prepare specifications, clean and structure data, and uncover trends and patterns.
  • Follow Group ethics standards and established data governance requirements.
  • Administer and support data sources, including Data Lake environments, internal repositories, and external databases.
  • Work with process partners, process engineers, and business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs.
  • Encourage development standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement among Citizen Developers.
  • Create and maintain business intelligence solutions for process teams and their internal partners.
  • Deliver Level 1 support for reporting and analytics tools, maintain user guides, and train users.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Professional experience in business intelligence and data management.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or an equivalent system is an asset.
  • Background in industrial procurement, direct procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related business function is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Effectiveness in multicultural and international work environments.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build productive relationships across functions.
  • Adaptable, customer-oriented, and responsive to changing needs.
  • Self-directed, autonomous, and quick to acquire new knowledge.
