Creative Strategist and Producer, Consumer – Kraken (UK Remote)
Kraken is seeking a Creative Strategist and Producer to turn cultural insight, performance data, and market moments into effective paid and organic content. The role develops briefs, concepts, and platform-native creative for a global crypto trading platform.
Descriere
- Spot opportunities across culture, pop culture, trends, competitors, audience comments, and performance data, then move promising ideas into production quickly.
- Develop thorough, concept-driven briefs for paid static and motion creative, with occasional organic and social content.
- Prepare focused briefs for performance creatives and designers.
- Strengthen Product Marketing and Performance Marketing briefs with sharper concepts, hooks, and cultural perspectives.
- Proactively present original ideas for paid and social campaigns.
- Produce paid and organic content in the formats where you can contribute most effectively.
- Apply performance insights and social listening to introduce differentiated creative directions into monthly testing.
- Respond to news-cycle opportunities by briefing or producing timely content.
- Work with Product Marketing and compliance to obtain approvals while protecting the core creative idea.
- Keep briefs and working files organized so other team members can build on them.
- Collaborate closely each day with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and creative teams.
- Work as an individual contributor reporting to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, without direct reports.
Cerințe
- At least five years of experience in creative strategy, social, content, or performance creative within a high-volume in-house team, brand, or agency; experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or another regulated sector is preferred.
- Submit a portfolio containing two or three concept-led briefs or concept decks, shipped work, shareable performance results, and independently created work.
- Show one example of an idea identified through culture or data, brought to market, measured for results, and refined afterward.
- Work proactively and independently, finding, presenting, and advancing ideas to launch with limited direction.
- Bring strong pop-culture awareness, deep online fluency, comedic judgment, and sensitivity to when trends are becoming dated.
- Write clear briefs that define the objective, audience, hook, platform, format, and constraints.
- Demonstrate a creative strength you can execute independently, supported by shipped work.
- Understand the native creative conventions of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X.
- Understand creative performance metrics and apply performance data and social listening to guide decisions.
- Write concise copy in plain language, leading with value and avoiding hype or jargon.
- Work comfortably within regulatory restrictions, risk warnings, and market-specific requirements.
- Move efficiently through multiple review cycles and respond to late-stage changes.
