Apraksts

  • Shape and coordinate the function’s strategy.
  • Work with executives to establish strategic and operating frameworks for short- and long-term goals and results.
  • Create processes for strategic and operational business planning.
  • Align business processes and frameworks with enterprise strategy and practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders across functions and channels to develop near- and long-term visions and roadmaps.
  • Help business leaders move from strategy to execution.
  • Coordinate change management, project documentation, and strategies for complex business initiatives.
  • Assess strengths, weaknesses, and operational effectiveness, and establish best practices and management routines.
  • Guide team members conducting research and analysis.
  • Lead the design, coordination, and governance of annual strategic and operational planning in support of executive leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategy and operating plans.
  • Ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Eight years of directly related business planning consulting experience, including developing strategies for short- and/or long-term goals.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and colleagues through concise, formal, regular updates on status, progress, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Extensive project management experience.
  • Strong business acumen in financial services or a related industry.
  • Ability to pair strategic thinking with practical implementation.
  • Experience working with clients or customers to identify business issues and shape direction based on gathered insights.
  • Previous experience in an IT organization, preferably focused on technology risk.
  • Familiarity with technology processes and terminology.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with pivot tables, resource budget management, and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
  • Ability to prepare materials for regulatory and financial audiences.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Experience coordinating project deliverables with key team members, managing a portfolio of work, and maintaining clear, consistent communication across teams.
  • US military experience through military service or as a military spouse or domestic partner.
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
