Apraksts

  • Lead implementation of MAP products for contracted state and district programs.
  • Connect partners and internal teams, turning business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Evaluate MAP product readiness with assigned programs and internal teams.
  • Collect state education agency requirements and document them for action.
  • Track requirements from initial business needs through delivered solutions.
  • Manage requirement changes and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate system setup for organizational hierarchies, state user roles, and student roster files.
  • Record onboarding workflows in partnership with Partner Success.
  • Coordinate training, implementation, lab readiness, technical setup, pre-test planning, post-test review, and technical consulting or support.
  • Surface partner needs, issues, and risks with program stakeholders.
  • Mentor, onboard, and train Solution Delivery Consultants and Associates.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of NWEA products and how they integrate with school environments.
  • Coordinate communications about scheduled outages and unexpected service disruptions.
  • Prepare and present technical issue summaries, resolutions, and recommendations.
  • Deliver or support product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Offer technical guidance for kickoffs and workshops.
  • Create or review program documentation, reports, presentations, and related deliverables.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with organizational decision-makers.
  • Help provide high-quality service to MAP Suite partners.
  • Contribute to process and product improvements across MAP Suite Delivery & Operations.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 5–15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver customer-centered solutions.
  • Develop partnerships and work effectively toward shared objectives.
  • Earn confidence through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
