Managing Director, Compliance Services

Lead Tevora’s Payments, SOC, and Federal compliance practices, setting strategy and guiding growth, service delivery, profitability, and team development.

  • Set strategy and drive growth and profitability across the Payments, SOC, and Federal Services practices.
  • Establish annual revenue, utilization, margin, and headcount targets for each practice, and report results to firm leadership.
  • Monitor market shifts and emerging regulations, adapting service offerings to meet changing needs.
  • Track and report KPIs such as sales pipeline, consulting revenue, and utilization, and improve processes to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage senior relationships with key accounts and handle escalated client concerns.
  • Oversee proposals, pricing, contract negotiations, and renewals for enterprise clients.
  • Represent Tevora at industry conferences, working groups, and client events.
  • Monitor and report on the quality of Payments, Federal, and SOC teams while maintaining strong customer service.
  • Improve quality assurance, delivery methods, and risk management practices on an ongoing basis.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, managers, and directors.
  • Plan and manage staffing to balance utilization, career development, and delivery quality.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performing culture and support employees’ certifications and professional growth.
  • Work with practice leads, sales, marketing, and program management operations.
  • Help advance firmwide strategic initiatives as part of the extended leadership team.

Prasības

  • Hold relevant cybersecurity credentials, such as CISSP, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, PCI QSA, FedRAMP Auditor, C3PAO, or an equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • A master’s degree in a business discipline is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance consulting.
  • Experience leading multiple functional teams.
  • At least 7 years in a leadership role, including team management.
  • A record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for business development and client meetings.
  • Ability to take on additional duties as assigned.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
