Apraksts

  • Help design and deliver LLM-powered and agentic product capabilities
  • Develop agentic AI workflows that use context, tools, and actions with guidance from senior engineers
  • Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for financial data, prioritizing accuracy and safety
  • Support shared AI infrastructure, including LLM services, orchestration systems, and evaluation or monitoring tools
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and performance of production AI systems
  • Work with product and design partners to turn customer needs into practical technical solutions
  • Apply AI-assisted and agentic development tools across design, coding, testing, debugging, and refactoring
  • Uphold production standards for reliability, security, and auditability

Prasības

  • At least four years of professional software engineering experience
  • Practical experience developing AI-powered features, LLM applications, or applied machine learning systems
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python, Go, or TypeScript
  • Working knowledge of APIs, foundational cloud concepts, and modern development practices
  • Interest in agentic AI, autonomous systems, and AI-assisted development workflows
  • Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and expanding technical ownership
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Customer-focused approach and curiosity about solving practical problems
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred experience with LLM tooling, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent frameworks
  • Preferred internship or early-career experience in fintech or another regulated industry
  • Preferred involvement in open-source projects, hackathons, or AI and developer-tooling side projects
