Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Contract)
Recruit clinical research professionals across Europe for PSI CRO, managing the full hiring process remotely from the Netherlands. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
Aprašymas
- Manage recruitment from start to finish across Europe
- Create, publish, and update job ads and related recruitment materials
- Find and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, talent pools, referrals, and other channels
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and administer assessments
- Share detailed interview feedback with hiring managers
- Keep candidate, vacancy, and hiring activity records up to date in the applicant tracking system
- Build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles
- Work with hiring managers to clarify business needs and recruitment priorities
- Act as the main contact for candidates throughout hiring
- Represent the employer brand and support a positive candidate experience
- Compile and present recruitment metrics, market observations, and hiring reports
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition
- Recruitment experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology is an advantage
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels to reach active and passive candidates
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent in English
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch
- German language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be legally based and authorized to work in the Netherlands
