Aprašymas

  • Provide first-line and occasional second-line incident support as the initial contact for colleagues.
  • Help users with hardware and software.
  • Record all work in Jira.
  • Diagnose and resolve client, network, and workplace issues.
  • Install, configure, and replace notebooks, PCs, printers, monitors, docking stations, and presentation equipment.
  • Manage workplace moves and hardware and software rollouts.
  • Assist with network tasks.
  • Arrange external service providers when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with IT colleagues.
  • Follow security and regulatory requirements.
  • Take part in the daily IT service rota.

Reikalavimai

  • Completed IT training, such as system integration specialist training, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in onsite IT or field service is welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • Some server administration experience is desirable.
  • Experience supporting clients and diagnosing hardware issues.
  • Experience replacing and configuring IT hardware.
  • Comfort using ticketing platforms such as Jira and remote support tools.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
  • Some familiarity with PowerShell, Wireshark, or the OSI model is desirable.
  • Class B driving licence.
  • Willingness to work occasionally at other locations.
  • A service-minded, solution-focused approach and enjoyment of direct user support.
  • Independent, organized, and dependable working style.
  • Strong communication skills, a friendly manner, and resilience.
  • Very good spoken and written German (C1).
  • Interest in new IT technologies and ongoing development.
  • Willingness to complete a security screening during the hiring process.
