Technical Sales Representative – Western Michigan Remote
Drive advanced composites sales across Western Michigan for Composites One by developing customer relationships, delivering technical solutions, and expanding territory revenue.

- Manage customer relationships in accordance with Integrity Selling principles and Composites One’s core values
- Grow territory revenue through new business development and expansion of existing accounts
- Provide customers with technical consulting and practical problem-solving support
- Achieve or surpass gross profit margin targets while maximizing territory profitability
- Strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers to increase sales
- Deliver territory sales and gross profit margin objectives
- Create action plans and schedules for target accounts and planned customer contacts
- Track customer satisfaction, inventory requirements, and opportunities for cross-selling
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on pricing, inventory, product quality, financial stability, and competitive activity
- Share new product and service opportunities, market developments, and field feedback with customers and internal teams
- Develop strategic customer and supplier relationships as a technical resource and solutions partner
- Identify new opportunities, win competitive business, and grow product group market share
- Manage territory sales, resources, and expenses to protect growth and maximize return on investment
- Travel regularly across Western Michigan, including occasional overnight trips for customer meetings, events, and other business activities
Талаптар
- At least 3 years of related experience in composites or industrial manufacturing, or at least 3 years of sales or customer service experience with a proven record of sales success or technical capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and use internal databases and software systems
- Understanding of advertising and sales promotion methods
- Knowledge of composites markets
- Demonstrated sales ability with a record of increasing profits and market share
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn supplier products, processes, and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach to service
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in composite, chemical, or mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Previous experience with SAP, Sales Cloud, or Salesforce preferred
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
