PNC Financial Advisor, Amelia Island
Advise PNC clients on investment, insurance, and retirement planning while building lasting relationships and managing personalized financial plans. This full-time role is based at an onsite branch in Amelia Island, Florida.

- Advise clients on investment and insurance strategies and create personalized financial plans.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of investment and insurance business.
- Manage client sales and service, identify and pursue opportunities, and make internal referrals.
- Develop client relationships through business development and networking.
- Strengthen client loyalty and expand relationships through excellent service.
- Use product and process knowledge to resolve client issues effectively.
- Create and carry out investment and insurance strategies.
- Select products that support each client’s strategy.
- Present financial recommendations and advice.
- Create financial plans tailored to clients’ needs and goals.
- Review plans over time and suggest adjustments when appropriate.
- Train and guide branch employees and internal partners to spot investment opportunities.
- Promote investment knowledge and awareness among branch employees.
- Work with the branch manager and/or investment sales associate to lead team efforts toward investment goals.
- Build referral activity through communication with internal and external partners.
- Review business results and pipeline management regularly with the branch manager and internal partners.
- Follow service agreements for responding to leads and referrals.
- Manage risks related to business goals and activities.

- A university or college degree is typically required; comparable education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be accepted instead.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- A bachelor’s degree is listed under Education.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, or Series 63 and 65 licenses, are required.
- A Life and Health Insurance license is required.
- Knowledge of client prospecting, relationship development, credit risk analysis, customer engagement, financial analysis and modeling, investment banking, public speaking, and relationship management.
- Ability in coaching, customer experience management, customer retention, effective communication, interpersonal relations, managing competing priorities, prospecting, sales activities, and selling.
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines is required.
