Join NeoWork as a Creative Artworker adapting master assets into localized versions across 12 languages for digital campaigns in 14 markets. You will prepare production-ready files for email, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic advertising.

- Localize master creative assets into 12 language versions while preserving brand standards and visual cohesion.
- Refine layouts, typography, spacing, and text placement to fit language-specific copy lengths.
- Maintain clear, balanced visuals across localized assets, including Spanish, French, and German versions.
- Create and export production-ready files for email, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic advertising.
- Apply required delivery specifications, export procedures, and file-organization standards.
- Inspect localized files for formatting, typography, and overall production accuracy.
- Handle high-volume adaptation requests efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency.

- Demonstrated experience in creative artworking, production design, localization, or multilingual asset adaptation.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
- Background in adapting established creative assets, rather than primarily developing original concepts or designs.
- Exceptional attention to typography, spacing, readability, and layout consistency.
- Understanding of how copy-length differences affect design across languages.
- Familiarity with digital asset exports and channel-specific delivery requirements.
- Comfort working with source material in languages including Spanish, French, German, and others.
- Ability to coordinate multiple assets and language versions accurately while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, interpret creative briefs, and respond quickly to shifting priorities.
