Draft and finalize agreements with clinical study sites.
Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contract terms within approved limits.
Follow negotiation parameters, approval authority, contract processes, client expectations, budget guidance, templates, and procedures.
Assess legal, financial, and operational risks and raise issues as needed.
Recommend approaches and alternative resolutions for investigator contract negotiations.
Coordinate site startup work and contract timelines with internal departments.
Keep contract negotiations aligned with the critical path for site activation.
Meet target turnaround times for site activations.
Raise issues that fall outside approved parameters through established channels.
Build effective working relationships with study sites and internal teams.
Maintain quality, objectivity, and sound risk analysis in contract delivery.

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.
2–5 years of comparable experience providing the knowledge and skills needed for the role.
Relevant education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered equivalent.
Good understanding of contract law, including business, intellectual property, local tax, and stamp laws.
Ability to apply basic investigator grant negotiation principles.
General understanding of business and financial principles related to service agreements.
Effective spoken and written communication in English and the local language.
Ability to draft and negotiate contract provisions and budget issues within set parameters, with appropriate oversight.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Understanding of pharmaceutical product development and CRO involvement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of PPD SOPs and WPDs.
Ability to manage competing priorities and review contractual risks and issues.
Ability to use automated systems and computer applications.
Customer-focused communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work upright and/or stationary for 6–8 hours per day.
Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and move frequently.
Ability to occasionally crouch, stoop, bend, and twist.
Ability to lift and carry 15–20 lbs.
Regular and consistent attendance.
