Grow NAPA New Zealand’s automotive aftermarket channel, sales performance, and market share. Lead specialist sales teams and key-account relationships nationwide.

- Drive growth across the assigned NAPA New Zealand channel
- Develop key customer and vendor partnerships
- Manage specialist sales representatives
- Work with branch, regional, marketing, and merchandising teams to increase sales, margin, and market share
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing specialist sales team
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts
- Achieve channel sales, margin, and expense targets
- Identify opportunities across products, pricing, and market share
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and vendors to deliver a compelling customer offer
- Increase customer engagement through regular branch and key-account visits
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Support the NAPA promotional program and work with marketing on the Auto Mechanical channel
- Use NAPA customer acquisition and retention resources effectively
