Workforce Management Partner at Samsung Electronics – Bucharest Hybrid

Description

  • Handle HR process and system inquiries within established service levels and quality standards.
  • Process Workday transactions for hires, job changes, reorganisations, contract endings, bonuses, pay increases, and mass uploads.
  • Resolve HR system issues and process blockages directly or escalate them when needed.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc Workday reports and analyse employee data for HR professionals.
  • Assist the European HR Office with projects involving talent management, performance reviews, salary increases, position evaluation, Workday Security role audits, and other HR campaigns.
  • Provide training on Workday functionality and share effective practices with the European HR Community.

Requirements

  • Experience working across multiple systems, with a strong understanding of platforms such as CRM, HCM, or HRMS.
  • Good to advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and logical functions such as IF, SUM, VLOOKUP, and INDEX.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Experience in a shared service centre or BPO environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Workday or another HR technology platform is advantageous.
  • Experience consolidating reports from multiple systems is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of HR processes is advantageous.
