Description

  • Apply trade credit insurance contracts in accordance with their terms
  • Review reported claims and determine the coverage amount that applies
  • Communicate decisions to policyholders through clear, tailored correspondence
  • Investigate contractual matters in depth
  • Interpret coverage provisions accurately and consistently
  • Reevaluate files that are subject to dispute
  • Evaluate disputed issues and identify cases requiring arbitration or Commercial Management input
  • Prepare supporting reasoning and draft responses for policyholders, brokers, and partners
  • Help draft and refine contractual clauses
  • Ensure contractual clauses are understood and implemented in operations
  • Recommend ways to simplify, optimize, and strengthen internal processes
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Present and advocate for ideas that support business development and improvement
  • Lead and contribute to internal presentations
  • Take part in webinars focused on enhancing the customer experience

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a business school or university
  • Two to three years of professional experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Strong analytical and summarization skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Comfort working collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to evaluate complex situations and develop well-supported conclusions
  • Sound judgment, strong analysis, and confidence making independent decisions
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Basic familiarity with commonly used AI platforms and professional AI best practices and risks
