Solidigm Associate Account Manager — California Remote

Support Solidigm account managers and customer relationships through account execution, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Solidigm serves cloud, OEM, AI infrastructure, and storage customers as a global memory technology company.

Description

  • Support account managers and Field Applications Engineers in assessing customer needs
  • Track account priorities and ensure customer requests receive timely follow-through
  • Build knowledge of customer requirements, Solidigm products, sales processes, and market conditions
  • Prepare customer materials, meeting follow-ups, business reviews, forecasts, and internal updates
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Strategic Planning, Global Operations, and other cross-functional teams
  • Create and maintain account plans, opportunity trackers, customer action logs, and account records
  • Keep opportunity data, meeting notes, customer contacts, and sales activities current in CRM systems
  • Assist with pipeline development, forecast preparation, design win tracking, and revenue reporting
  • Help address customer issues and coordinate required deliverables
  • Provide operational, logistical, and technical support for assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, semiconductor technology, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or enterprise storage
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and clearly communicate product, supply, and business information
  • Customer-focused approach with reliable follow-through and responsiveness
