Description

  • Lead engineering enablement and ongoing improvement of enterprise AI SaaS platforms.
  • Administer platform workspaces, projects, users, access controls, authentication, API credentials, usage limits, and lifecycles.
  • Work with application engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
  • Maintain platform monitoring, observability, usage analytics, performance, incident response, and cost governance.
  • Onboard and support internal teams with API access, integrations, environment setup, and engineering practices.
  • Partner with security, risk, compliance, and governance teams on identity, data protection, access control, and responsible AI standards.
  • Lead platform improvements, configuration changes, release coordination, testing, and production readiness.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and operational risks; resolve blockers and communicate progress.
  • Assess emerging AI models, platform capabilities, and engineering practices for automation, innovation, efficiency, and developer experience.
  • Provide technical leadership and structured problem-solving while adapting to evolving AI technologies.
  • Mentor Technology Delivery and Engineering colleagues where applicable.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical field is preferred; equivalent work experience may qualify.
  • At least five years of hands-on engineering experience with complex systems and platforms, including a record of delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure design principles, with experience taking on increasing responsibility.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects.
  • Experience using Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development approaches to deliver technology solutions on time and to expected quality.
  • Familiarity with Agile management tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with third parties and technical and business teams.
  • Ability to clarify objectives, address ambiguity and poorly defined problems, promote simplification, and influence teams.
  • Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Visa sponsorship may be available for some positions, depending on business unit needs, role, cost, and applicable laws.
