Service Systems Coordinator – Metairie (Hybrid)

Coordinate HVAC service-job documentation, approvals, and workflow transitions for Trane Technologies in a hybrid role based in Metairie. Manage Salesforce locations, cross-functional requests, and work-package processing through completion.

Description

  • Verify bid and TIP documentation requirements
  • Process order acknowledgements and credit approvals
  • Upload credit approvals, order acknowledgements, legal records, and other required files
  • Move jobs forward in response to Account Manager validation requests submitted through Worksite
  • Review work-package transition requests from Sales Administrators and Account Managers
  • Monitor job status and follow up on work packages returned for inaccurate information
  • Route contract-management requests to the Legal Department
  • Submit credit-line requests to MDM
  • Review contractual terms with Legal and arrange bond orders when required
  • Create Salesforce locations and associate them with the correct accounts
  • Maintain account names and check for duplicate locations
  • Coordinate job transitions and documentation to ensure work packages are validated and completed
  • Oversee order acknowledgements, credit approvals, file submissions, corporate-team coordination, and Salesforce location administration

Requirements

  • A one-year college or technical-school certificate, three or more years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Self-directed, proactive working style with the ability to contribute independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage competing responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience collaborating across functions and using business systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, job coordination workflows, and document management is preferred
  • Availability to work overtime when needed
  • This safety-sensitive position may require additional drug screening
