End-User Computing and Mobility Administrator (Hybrid, France)

Manage workplace and mobility systems for a major insurance provider, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, VDI, and Windows/iOS devices.

Description

  • Administer and enhance the end-user computing environment
  • Build and configure Windows 11 deployment profiles
  • Implement Windows Autopilot provisioning
  • Package and deploy applications through Microsoft Intune
  • Manage software updates centrally
  • Administer Windows 10/11 and iOS configurations across multiple operating systems
  • Operate VMware Horizon View VDI environments
  • Automate administrative processes with PowerShell, VBScript, and the Microsoft Graph API
  • Maintain the performance and reliability of desktop and mobile device fleets
  • Monitor operations, resolve incidents, perform routine administration, and manage releases
  • Oversee MSI application packaging and software distribution
  • Support cross-functional IT transformation initiatives and information-system security
  • Follow departmental standards and established best practices
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams across the organization
  • Keep technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and configuration-management records up to date

Requirements

  • Required knowledge of Windows 10/11, multi-tenant iOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, VMware Horizon View, and PowerShell
  • Experience administering desktop computers and mobile devices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with MSI application packaging and software distribution
  • Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell, VBScript, and the Microsoft Graph API
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 and iOS configurations
  • Experience administering VMware Horizon View VDI environments
  • Availability during weekday business hours
  • Ability to provide detailed daily activity reports
  • Commitment to maintaining the administration knowledge base, including technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and configuration-management records
  • Preferred experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Kaspersky, InstallShield, Nexthink, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Active Directory GPOs, RDS, MDT, AIK, print services, and file-sharing services
