Senior Solutions Engineer – San Francisco (Hybrid)
Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for technical evaluations, customer deployments, and proof-of-concept initiatives for Coralogix’s observability and security platform. Collaborate with sales and customer teams to demonstrate technical value and support successful adoption.
Description
- Shape technical strategies for sales opportunities alongside Account Executives
- Investigate customer architectures, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business priorities, and success measures
- Create and present demonstrations tailored to customers’ environments and use cases
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements from initial scope through validation
- Provide hands-on support for deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
- Advise customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases
- Present Coralogix architecture, differentiation, and business value to technical stakeholders and executives
- Surface technical risks, resolve obstacles, and help customers reach confident technical decisions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to channel field feedback and strengthen sales execution
- Assist customers with deploying, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and validating Coralogix in their environments
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
- Hands-on proficiency with deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and systems integration
- Strong understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
- Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
- Comfort engaging executives and connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Practical experience with cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, containers, and modern infrastructure
- Coding or scripting experience with Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or a comparable language
- Strong communication, accountability, follow-through, and commercial judgment
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office two to three days per week under the hybrid model
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized systems
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with OpenTelemetry
