Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Application Support – 73 Strings (Hybrid, India)
Join 73 Strings as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer supporting dependable, scalable production systems for an AI-powered private-capital data platform. You will lead incident response, strengthen observability and infrastructure, and help resolve customer issues.
Description
- Build resilient systems and establish processes that reduce and prevent incidents
- Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and help shape architecture, system design, and development
- Lead incident response and improve reliability across the assigned feature area
- Coordinate incident management and partner with engineering teams through resolution
- Diagnose and resolve complex production problems alongside engineering teams
- Work directly with customers to provide technical assistance and address concerns
- Own a team-wide operational process, such as incident response or automated alerting
- Support application deployments and upgrades while monitoring infrastructure
- Preserve code quality and structure while advancing automation
- Create and maintain support procedures, runbooks, and incident documentation
- Share knowledge and contribute to documentation for internal teams and customers
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in one or more of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Java, microservices, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or ETL
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and application infrastructure
- Practical experience using observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or comparable tools
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience managing and resolving incidents
- Proficiency in agentic development and operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
