Description
- Oversee daily warehouse, distribution, transportation, and value-added services operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies

- Strengthen and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Lead recurring quarterly and monthly customer business reviews
- Enable business growth through efficient, customer-focused operational solutions
- Control operational budgets, labor expenses, and other operating costs
- Evaluate profit and loss results and operational efficiency to protect profitability
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting activities
