Description

  • Drive implementation readiness for Medicaid markets
  • Support regulatory and contractual reporting requirements
  • Lead enrollment analytics and compliance monitoring activities
  • Advance analytics modernization initiatives across Medicaid markets
  • Address complex business challenges using internal and external data
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic guidance to business leaders
  • Act as the primary analytics lead for Medicaid Enrollment Operations initiatives
  • Design and implement analytics solutions with business, operations, compliance, and technology partners
  • Apply independent judgment to matters involving state compliance, enrollment operations, contractual and membership reporting, reconciliation, and operational performance
  • Use Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and cloud data environments to build reusable, scalable solutions
  • Shape strategy and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Define reporting standards and lead modernization efforts
  • Reduce implementation effort while strengthening compliance, operational visibility, and business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field
  • At least five years of healthcare analytics experience supporting complex operational processes
  • At least five years working with large healthcare datasets, data warehouses, and analytics platforms
  • At least five years of advanced SQL development experience
  • At least five years designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Proven experience supporting Medicaid operations
  • Expertise with 834 enrollment transactions, membership reporting, and related operational controls
  • Experience with Databricks, cloud analytics platforms, and modern data architecture practices
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executive leaders
  • Experience using data and analytics to improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Ability to serve as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to business partners
  • Commitment to improving member experiences through data-informed decisions
  • This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship
  • Home-based work requires minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • A dedicated workspace is required to safeguard member PHI and HIPAA information
