Senior Marketing Analytics and Insights Analyst

Turn marketing data into growth insights, forecasts, and attribution models. Support global marketing leaders with dashboards and recommendations to improve return on investment.

Description

  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to define business goals, measurement strategies, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Track progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, surfacing risks, opportunities, gaps, and performance drivers.
  • Build and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models for growth planning, forecasting, funnel optimization, and pipeline management.
  • Lead cross-channel performance and attribution analyses to assess marketing effectiveness, guide investment decisions, and improve return on investment.
  • Develop practical insights and recommendations to strengthen customer engagement, buying experiences, conversion rates, and channel efficiency.
  • Present complex analyses as clear narratives for executives using visualization, reporting, and data storytelling.
  • Define and maintain KPI definitions, measurement standards, and supporting documentation.
  • Work with Marketing Intelligence, Strategy, Technology, and Automation teams to improve data quality, segmentation, reporting, and measurement methods.
  • Inform decisions by working with regional and global marketing leaders in business reviews and planning.
  • Collect stakeholder feedback, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend ways to improve operations and business outcomes.
  • Help global and regional marketing teams align and adopt consistent reporting and analytics practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Abstract thinking skills and ability to understand complex systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar business intelligence and analytics platforms.
  • Experience developing predictive, forecasting, optimization, or propensity models.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing performance measurement, demand generation, pipeline management, attribution methods, and funnel analytics.
  • In-depth familiarity with CRM and marketing data structures, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaign data.
  • Experience using AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Executive presentation experience preferred.
  • Track record of influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach.
  • Commitment to keeping up with emerging analytics technologies, marketing trends, and industry best practices.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on action, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.
  • Flexibility to work with global teams across time zones, including colleagues in EMEA and APJ.
