Senior Manager, Pricing Operations (Hybrid)

Lead pricing operations for HPE across the NAM and LASER regions. This role covers pricing strategy, financial modeling, CPQ integration, automation, and operational excellence.

Description

  • Build and establish the HPEN AMS and LASER Pricing Operations function
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders on pricing strategy and operations
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Finance
  • Own pricing activities ranging from no-touch to high-touch processes
  • Manage complex pricing requests and model outcomes based on deal dynamics
  • Conduct financial and market analyses, build models, and prepare business cases for executive decisions
  • Create executive presentations and materials that influence stakeholders and build alignment
  • Advance pricing through innovation, simplification, automation, and process modernization
  • Lead the integration of Aruba and Juniper into a unified global CPQ process
  • Eliminate redundant pricing practices and operational inefficiencies
  • Meet or exceed pricing time-to-market targets and service-level agreements
  • Promote excellence, accountability, high standards, and continuous improvement
  • Manage a high-performing Pricing Operations team across three geographies

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in operations or business process roles
  • Substantial experience managing people
  • Strong commercial and financial judgment
  • Technical proficiency and experience managing performance
  • Practical experience delivering digital, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives
  • Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority and align cross-functional teams
  • Strong program execution skills, including roadmap planning, benefits tracking, risk management, and partner oversight
  • Excellent executive-level writing, presentation, storytelling, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strategic ability to turn frameworks into actionable plans and measurable results
  • Proven ability to build partnerships across functions and geographies
