- Promote excellence, accountability, high standards, and continuous improvement
- Manage a high-performing Pricing Operations team across three geographies

- At least 10 years of experience in operations or business process roles
- Substantial experience managing people
- Strong commercial and financial judgment
- Technical proficiency and experience managing performance
- Practical experience delivering digital, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority and align cross-functional teams
- Strong program execution skills, including roadmap planning, benefits tracking, risk management, and partner oversight
- Excellent executive-level writing, presentation, storytelling, and PowerPoint skills
