Senior Insights Analyst – Singapore (Hybrid)

Support Euromonitor clients in applying Passport market intelligence to consumer goods and services across Southeast Asia. Turn existing data into practical guidance through client engagements, training, and strategic discussions.

Description

  • Serve as the initial contact for client questions about Passport data and reports.
  • Apply existing Passport data and content to provide actionable insights for consumer goods and services clients across Southeast Asia.
  • Take part in and lead client engagements, meetings, webinars, and workshops.
  • Help clients apply Euromonitor data to strategic decision-making.
  • Work with research data, consulting, and sales teams to match client needs with available data and solutions.
  • Review usage patterns and recurring questions to identify opportunities for client training.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Represent Euromonitor at client briefings and relevant industry events when required.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in Singapore.
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in market research, consulting, or client-facing data insights roles.
  • Communicate clearly and explain data and trends in a way clients can understand.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, commercially aware approach.
  • Be comfortable engaging stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
  • Thai or Vietnamese language skills are helpful for working with Southeast Asia counterparts but are not required.
