Remote Subcontracts Administrator - ASRC Federal

Manage complex federal subcontracting activities, proposals, purchasing-system compliance, and subcontractor agreements for ASRC Federal. Advise program teams and negotiate subcontract terms across multiple contract types.

Description

  • Support programs and proposals that involve complex subcontracting requirements
  • Develop, negotiate, and administer T&M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee subcontracts, NDAs, and Teaming Agreements
  • Ensure subcontract actions meet government customer requirements, company policies, and FAR/DFAR procurement procedures
  • Prepare subcontract files in accordance with public laws, FAR, and DCMA requirements within an approved purchasing system
  • Advise program personnel and determine appropriate subcontract and subcontractor management approaches
  • Assess government proposals for procurement considerations and coordinate requirements with capture teams
  • Review prime solicitations and awards to ensure subcontract RFPs and awards include required flow-downs and provisions
  • Assess subcontract proposals for compliance and risks involving solicitation, pricing, cost, and management requirements
  • Conduct price and cost analyses supporting negotiations and subcontract provisions
  • Determine subcontractor requirements and advise capture teams on compliance matters
  • Identify and meet Small Business Subcontracting Plan and Small Business Participation Plan obligations
  • Support post-award subcontract administration and monitor compliance with performance requirements
  • Develop and implement effective acquisition processes
  • Collaborate daily with Program Managers, Project Controllers, and other program personnel to administer and track subcontract actions
  • Lead assigned projects or areas of work
  • Train colleagues on subcontract procedures and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2–4 years of subcontract administration experience, including T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee, and Fixed Price contracts
  • Experience working with federal government contracts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cost accounting principles, including direct and indirect cost components and factors
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable agency FAR supplements
  • Extensive knowledge of public-law requirements for maintaining and operating under an Approved Purchasing System
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and especially Excel
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required by business needs
  • Deltek Costpoint experience preferred
