Remote Health Claims Specialist at Revecore

Investigate, bill, and follow up on commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims for Revecore’s hospital and medical-provider clients. Help recover accurate provider payments through claims research, denial support, and timely resolution.

Description

  • Bill and investigate health insurance claims to support maximum reimbursement for hospital and medical-provider clients
  • Research commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims to identify issues and payment opportunities
  • Follow up on unresolved claims to confirm status and obtain or provide required information
  • Help maximize reimbursement for medical-provider clients
  • Support denial reporting, audits, and broader team operations
  • Complete interactive training and hands-on exercises during the 8–10 business-day training period

Requirements

  • Experience researching and resolving commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims
  • Knowledge of correctly filing UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information
  • Familiarity with billing health insurance for auto-accident claims
  • Experience performing timely follow-up to verify claim status and collect or provide information
  • Experience working with EPIC
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Technical ability to use multiple monitors and software applications simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Private, distraction-free home workspace
